DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC VARIETIES
WE DEVELOP CUSTOM CROPS
Our process:
1. Technical definition
We begin with a precise technical definition of the crop to be developed, establishing a target SHU, the desired organoleptic characteristics and the projected annual volume, ensuring that the variety responds to the real needs of the business and the market.
2. Sourcing or improvement
We identified and selected certified seed suitable to the defined objective, carrying out agronomic adaptation tests in the Cauca Valley to guarantee stability, yield and consistency of the crop under local conditions.
3. Pilot cultivation
We developed a pilot crop with controlled planting, accompanied by intensive agronomic monitoring. During this stage, we validated the SHU (Sustainable Humidity), crop performance, and final fruit characteristics before scaling up.
4. Commercial scaling
Once the crop is validated, we move on to commercial scaling by expanding with contract farmers, ensuring a continuous, stable supply strictly aligned to your technical specifications.
